Bob Lachance

CEO and Founder

Bob Lachance is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader who has been actively building and managing successful ventures since 2004, following an accomplished eight-year career as a professional ice hockey player. A natural innovator, Bob has established and operated a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning multiple industries and regions around the globe.

In 2013, Bob founded his first virtual staffing agency, which he later rebranded as REVA Global LLC in 2018. REVA Global specializes in providing virtual assistant solutions for the real estate and healthcare industries. His entrepreneurial achievements also include founding, scaling, and selling a medical virtual assistant company, showcasing his expertise in business growth and operational excellence. Renowned for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Bob excels in creation, implementation, and execution—qualities that have made him a trusted mentor to business leaders, startups, and entrepreneurs aiming to reach their business aspirations.
Before transitioning into the business world, Bob enjoyed a distinguished ice hockey career, highlighted by his role on the 1995 National Championship-winning Boston University Ice Hockey Team. His athletic journey allowed him to live and compete across the United States and Europe, instilling a global perspective and a competitive drive that continue to fuel his professional endeavors.

George Cortes

Managing Director

George is a seasoned leader in the Philippine outsourcing industry, with almost 2 decades of experience in telecommuting and corporate mobility. Throughout her career, she has excelled in roles spanning Quality, Training, and Operations, bringing a unique combination of analytical expertise and interpersonal skills to every organization she’s been a part of.

Known for her ability to inspire and motivate, George has a remarkable talent for infusing purpose, optimism, and a human touch into the workplace. This approach drives teams and individuals to consistently strive for excellence. In her role as Managing Director at REVA Global Philippines, she serves as the primary liaison between the company’s American headquarters and its growing workforce in the Philippines, fostering strong communication and collaboration across borders.

A key highlight of George’s career is her success in managing, onboarding, and creating processes for several lines of business, including medical services. Her leadership has significantly enhanced efficiency and productivity across these diverse operations, and she continues to contribute to REVA Global Medical’s success by supporting its growth and ensuring operational excellence.

Veronique Valerio

Operations Manager

Veronique is a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong background in the BPO industry, holding a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he has successfully established and managed various Lines of Business (LOBs) and client accounts, with a particular focus on driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer service delivery.

With hands-on experience in both training and operations, Veronique has developed a deep passion for coaching and mentoring individuals. He is particularly committed to leadership development, helping others unlock their full potential through tailored training programs and one-on-one coaching.

In his previous role as Client Services Manager at a leading medical field, Veronique leveraged his expertise to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and streamline service processes. His strategic insights played a crucial role in building long-term relationships with clients, improving overall service delivery, and growing the business.

Outside of his professional life, Veronique values discipline and balance. He maintains an active lifestyle through regular gym workouts and enjoys spending quality time with his pet dogs, finding joy in both fitness and animal companionship.

Maria Corazon Sibayan

Client Services Manager

With over 14 years of experience in leadership and customer success, Macor is a dynamic professional who has consistently excelled in fast-paced, ever-evolving industries. She began her career in the BPO industry in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative for a financial account. Her exceptional performance and dedication to excellence earned her a promotion to Team Leader in less than a year—a role she thrived in for the next 12 years. During this time, she successfully led diverse teams across e-commerce and satellite service accounts, driving operational efficiency, building high-performing teams, and consistently exceeding client expectations.

In 2021, Macor brought her leadership expertise to REVA Global, initially focusing on the real estate sector. Recognizing her talent for innovation and her ability to navigate complex challenges, she transitioned to REVA Global’s medical line of business. Here, she has played a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing client satisfaction, and delivering measurable results.

Known for her strategic mindset and people-first leadership style, Macor has a proven track record of empowering teams to perform at their best while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
